Regular event parking at all Point Mallard Park parking lots and marked remote lots is free.
Handicap Parking and Facilities
Handicap parking at all main Point Mallard park lots is open to all tagged vehicles. Additional 'temporary' handicap parking is also addef or this event at the parking lot between the baseball fields and the balloon field. Drop-offs are also allowed in the parking area adjacent to the launch field. (See map)
We regret that individual space reservations are not available.
From our added handicap parking area an accsible viewing area is provided at what is normally the driving range coverd tee area which has a wheelchair accsible sidewalk and concrete platforms for your viewing. Finally, we also have handicap portable toilets througout he field and the regular, accessible, park restrooms are open to the public.
Remote parking is avalible at the following locations with park-and-ride shuttle service via NARCOG to the Jubilee field and back from 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Parking is free. Shuttle rides are $2.00 per person, round-trip. Shuttle busses are handicap accessible.
- GE plant on Point Mallard Parkway - 2328 Point Mallard Dr. SE
- Downtown Decatur (parking lot adjacent to Arts Center, across from the Morgan County Court House) with Pickup from the Princess Theatre - 112 Second Ave. NE
Parking is also available at Wolverine, however, no shuttle is offered.
Many Alabama Jubilee visitors come by watercraft and park their boats in the Flint-Creek area around Point Mallard Park. If you do come by boat, please keep safe by observing the 'safe zone' around the area where fireworks will be launched Sunday evening.
